Cost Overview
Pay as you go model
The licensing model is a pay as you go model, where the Licensing Fees are calculated based on the active points of sale (“PoS”) – meaning online or physical stores – managed on the Platform and related to the Customer. A PoS counts as active if it was marked as active on the Platform in a given month.
Inactive PoS are not subject to any Licensing Fees, but their data is counted against the usage limits as detailed in the fair usage policy in Annex 5 (Technical limitations).Availability Fee

Base License Fee and Available Discounts
The Base Licence Fee must be paid for every active store on the Platform. The features included in the Base License Fee are listed in Annex 3.

Volume Discount: The more Points of Sale (PoS) the Customer has on the Platform, the lower the fee per store. The discount increases linearly from the Base Licence Starting Fee (“Starting Fee”) to the Base License Minimum Fee (“Minimum Fee”). This discount is automatically applied. Examples for Volume Discount:
– Between 1 and 1,699 PoS, the Base License Fee will be calculated between the Starting Fee (27.5 CHF/store/month) and Minimum Fee (7.5 CHF/store/month). The fee reduction is applied gradually.
– At or above 1,700 active PoS the Base License Fee will be at the Minimum Fee (7.5 CHF/store/month).
Annual Commitment Discount: The Customer can opt in or out of this discount through the User Interface. By opting in, the Customer agrees to a minimum term for the Contract for 12 consecutive months, counted from the first day of the next calendar month following the opt-in date. For example, if the Customer opts in on July 15th, 2025, the 12-month commitment begins on August 1st, 2025.

This Order Form is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Alpine Innovations AG version [insert].
By signing below, the parties agree to the terms of this Order and confirm that it is governed by the Framework Agreement. All Customer terms are excluded.
