Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1 Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the contractual agreement between Alpine Innovations AG, Chamerstrasse 176, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (“Alpine Innovations”), and its customers (“Customer”) who access or use the NOOAL Platform and associated services (“Services”). This AUP applies to the Customer and to all individuals authorized by the Customer to use the Services (“Users”).
The purpose of this AUP is to ensure the secure, lawful, and fair use of the Services. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of the Customer’s access to the Services, without prejudice to other contractual or legal remedies available to Alpine Innovations.
2 Prohibited Activities
The Customer shall not, and shall ensure that its Users do not, directly or indirectly:
2.1. Breach of Law or Rights

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
2.2. Security Violations

Attempt to breach, disable, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with any security or authentication measures of the Services;

Introduce viruses, malware, worms, or any other harmful or malicious code.
2.3. Abuse of System Resources

Access or use the Services in excess of the technical limitations defined in Annex 5 (Technical Limitations) of the Terms or as otherwise communicated by Alpine Innovations;

Launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks or use automated scripts in a manner that degrades platform performance;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or network of Alpine Innovations or any third party.
2.4. Prohibited Content and Use

Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or harmful;

Use the Services for the purpose of spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
2.5. Unauthorized Redistribution

Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to third parties without Alpine Innovations’ prior written consent;

Reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
3 Monitoring and Enforcement
Alpine Innovations reserves the right to monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP. In the event of a suspected or actual violation, Alpine Innovations may, without prior notice:

Suspend or restrict access to the Services;

Request the Customer to take immediate corrective action;

Terminate the Customer’s account in cases of repeated or material breaches.
Enforcement shall be without prejudice to Alpine Innovations’ rights under the main contractual agreement, including the right to claim damages or seek injunctive relief.
4 Amendments and Notices
This AUP may be updated from time to time. Alpine Innovations will notify the Customer in text form of material changes with reasonable notice. The latest version of this AUP is available at: [insert URL or refer to published version].
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
